Booking and Cancellation Policy

Deposits, payments, changes and cancellations for stays at Leadwood Safari Lodge near Louis Trichardt, Limpopo.

Rates

Rates are quoted per chalet, per night, on a full board basis, and exclude VAT. Quotations are valid for five working days. See our Rates page for current pricing.

Two Ways to Book

Weekend Getaways: book a single chalet as a couple, solo traveller or small family, with no minimum number of chalets.
Exclusive Lodge Hire: book five chalets or more as one party and the whole lodge is yours.

Deposits and Payment

A fifty percent deposit confirms your booking.
The balance is due before check-in.
There is no minimum length of stay.

Cancellation Fees

14 days or more before arrival, in writing: no fee, provided the lodge has not suffered a financial loss.
Less than two weeks before arrival: 20% of the booking value.
Less than one week before arrival: 50% of the booking value.
Less than 48 hours before arrival, or a no-show: 100% of the booking value.

Changing Your Booking

Changes to guest or delegate numbers need at least four working days’ written notice before arrival. Changes to dates are subject to availability, so please let us know as early as possible.

Arrival and Departure

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. Please let us know your expected arrival time so that we can be ready to welcome you.
